摘要
为探明国红苹果园中幼龄树和成龄树叶片微量元素含量的年周期变化规律,在河北省农林科学院石家庄果树研究所苹果标本实验园内,分别采集了国红苹果幼龄树和成龄树叶片,通过VISTA-MPX等离子光谱仪等方法对国红苹果叶片中5种微量元素进行了含量测定,并采用了SPSS软件进行多元统计分析和相关性分析,结果表明:整个生长周期内国红苹果幼龄树叶片的铁、锰、锌、硼元素含量均高于成龄树。典型性相关分析表明:幼龄树和成龄树叶片的锰、铜、锌、硼元素之间均呈极显著性正相关,铁元素之间不相关。
The objective of this study is to determine the annual periodic change rule of microelement contents in Guohong ap- ple leaves. The leaves of young and adult Guohong apple trees were collected from the experimental orchard of Shijiazhuang Pomolo- gy Research Institute, Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, the contents of five microelements were tested by VIS- TA - MPX plasma spectrometer, and multivariate statistical analysis and correlation analysis were conducted by using SPSS software. The results showed that: in the whole growth period, the contents of iron, manganese, zinc boron in young tree leaves were higher than those in adult tree leaves. Typical correlation analysis indicated that there were extremely significant positive correlations be- tween the content of manganese, copper, zinc and boron in young tree leaves and that in adult tree leaves, but the content of iron in young tree leaves was not correlated with that in adult tree leaves.
