农村集中居住问题及原因分析——以鲁中G村为例

Analysis of Problems and Reasons of Rural Concentrated Residence: Taking G Village in Central Shandong as An Example

通过对鲁中D镇中心村——G村的调查,重点对农村集中居住区建设过程中村民的不同态度和由此带来的问题进行了分析,并从3个方面分析了导致这些弊端产生的原因,并得出结论:集中居住建设的出发点是好的,但在推行过程中仍出现很多问题,受到部分村民的抱怨。只有正视问题,积极解决,才能推进农村集中居住区建设的顺利进行,使其真正惠及百姓。

Based on the investigations on G village in D town of central Shandong, we emphatically analyzed the attitudes of villagers and leaders in the construction course of rural concentrated residence as well as the problems from these, and explored the reasons why these problems were caused from 3 aspects. It is concluded that： although the starting point of rural concentrated resi- dence construction is good, it can still bring some problems and villagers＇ complaint. We should squarely face these problems and actively solve them, in order to smoothly carry forward the construction of rural concentrated residence and really benefit the rural people.
