摘要 对多连杆压力机三维实体建模,生成装配体,对装配体干涉情况进行检验。运用虚拟样机技术得到滑块位移、速度、加速度曲线,从而分析出滑块的最大行程和较佳的工作区域,得到优质工件,有效保护模具。 Straight-side four-point link press is widely used in the automotive industry. Three-dimension solid model of multiple-link press has been established to generate the assembly, and the assembly interference has been tested. The virtual prototype technology has been adopted to gain the curves for sliding block displacement, velocity, and acceleration. Thus in this way, the maximum stroke and better work area of the slide has been analyzed. The workpiece gained is good in quality, and the tool has been protected effectively.
