摘要
全预应力机架是将一个预紧件和多个被预紧件施加预紧力将其固定在一起,形成一个刚性框架。为保证机架整体性以及压机性能,预紧力是机架设计的一个重要参数。本文采用传统计算方法简单确定预紧力,从而快速初步设计机架相关机构,为机架的进一步优化提供设计基础。
The pre-tightening force has been determined simply by use of conventional calculation method in the text. The preliminary design of related mechanism like stand has been completed quickly, which provide basis for the further optimization of stand.
