摘要
在摆式剪板机工作过程中,刀口间隙的变化会引起剪切力的变化,影响剪切质量及刀片寿命。本文通过ANSYS Workbench对摆式剪板机进行静态分析,得到摆式剪板机剪切过程中的刀片变形量,进而得知刀口间隙的变化,利用ANSYS Workbench优化设计方法对剪板机工作台结构进行优化,以补偿刀片变形进而补偿刀口间隙。
The static analysis has been executed to swing shearing machine through ANSYS Workbench in the text. The deformation volume of the swing shearing machine during cutting process has been obtained, as well as the change of blade gap. The workbench structure of swing shearing machine has been optimized by use of ANSYS Workbench method, which can compensate the blade deformation and blade gap.
