摘要 利用ANSYS软件对钢管矫直过程进行仿真。使用参数化建模,实现不同材料、不同尺寸以及不同初始弯曲挠度的钢管的压力矫直仿真。针对初始弯曲挠度大的钢管,在保证其不发生破坏的前提下进行多次矫直,并且使用APDL语言进行编程,实现矫直仿真的自动进行,最后得出矫直方案,为实际操作提供帮助。进行实例分析,结果表明程序是可行的。 The ANSYS software has been adopted to implement the pre-stimulation of straightening process ior steel tube. The parameterized modeling helps to realize pressure straightening of steel pipe with different materials, different size and different initial bending deflection. For pipe with big initial bending deflection, multiple-time leveling has been conducted which should ensure no damage happens. Automatic straightening simulation has been carried out by use of APDL language to program, and straightening scheme has been obtained which provides help for practice. The actual production shows that the program is feasible..
