摘要
本文对一种新兴的冲压模具特种加工方法——磁性磨料电解研磨加工作了详细介绍。文中通过基本原理、加工特点及其影响因素、设备和工具组成、生产应用等方面的阐述,并结合图表,对冲压模具制造过程中的磁性磨料电解研磨加工工艺进行了说明。本文对冲压模具的具体生产有一定的指导意义。
A new magnetic abrasive electrolytic grind machining solution for stamping tool has been introduced in the text. The basic principle, machining characteristics, influencing factor, equipment ＆ tool composition, and produce ＆ application have been put forward. The magnetic abrasive electrolytic grind machining process has been illustrated with diagram ＆ chart. It provides reference for production of stamping tool.
