台湾休闲管理专业人才培养经验及启示——以台湾首府大学休闲管理学系为例

On Talent Cultivation of Taiwan Leisure Management Major —— Taking Department of Leisure Management in Taiwan Shoufu University as an Example

大陆的休闲教育起步较晚,而台湾高校已经积累了比较丰富的经验。借鉴台湾首府大学休闲管理学系的人才培养模式,提出我国休闲管理专业应注重职业发展能力的培养,建立有利于学生个性发展的课程体系,增加休闲活动规划设计类课程,同时应采用多维的考核方式。

： Leisure education develops late in China's Mainland compared with universities in Taiwan. This paper studies talent cultivation mode in department of leisure management of Taiwan Shoufu University, proposes China's Mainland should focus on the development of professional development ability, set up a reasonable curriculum system, increase leisure activity design courses, and adopt diversified evaluation modes.
