摘要
先期通过文献综述和学生开放式访谈,编制出《廊坊师范学院双导师制实践效果评价(学生版)》,分别包含26个题项(大一学生版)、25个题项(大二学生版)和30个题项(大三学生版)。对廊坊师范学院三个年级共647名实行双导师制的学生进行调查,通过对问卷调查结果进行因素分析,并依据分析结果对问卷进行删减和整理,最终得到分别包含3个因子18个题项、3个因子22个题项和5个因子27个题项的问卷。初步编制的问卷各项测量学指标总的表现良好,α系数为0.958、0.911和0.90,KMO值分别为0.926、0.934和0.916。
Through literature review and students' open interview, we developed “The Langfang Teacher' s University Tutorial Practice Evaluation Questionnaire (Student's Edition)”, which included 26 items (bachelor), 25 items (sophomore) and 30 items (junior) respec- tively. 647 students from Langfang Teacher' s University from three grades were investigated based on the survey results of factor anal- ysis. We obtained the final questionnaires, which contained 3 factors, 3 factors and 5 factors respectively, also 18 items, 22 items and 27items. The preliminary design of questionnaires has good measurement index of total performance. The alpha coefficients were 0.958, 0.911 and 0.90 respectively. The KMO values were 0.926, 0.934 and 0.916 respectively.
