摘要
目的:探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平与脑电图(EEG)检查在手足口病(HFMD)合并脑炎患儿中的临床应用价值。方法:分析2010年1月至2012年12月我院收治的68例确诊为HFMD合并脑炎患儿的临床资料、EEG及血清NSE水平,并分析HFMD合并脑炎患儿的脑炎严重程度与EEG异常程度及血清NSE水平之间的关系。结果:68例HFMD合并脑炎患儿的首次EEG检查异常率为100%,HFMD合并脑炎患儿的脑炎严重程度与EEG的异常程度呈显著正相关(rs=0.4397,P<0.01)。重度脑炎组血清NSE含量为(14.31±2.46)μg/L,明显高于中度组的(12.28±1.96)μg/L及轻度组的(10.31±1.22)μg/L(q=8.367及8.072,P均<0.01)。结论:EEG及血清NSE水平对HFMD并发脑炎的严重程度判断具有重要价值。
Objective: To study the clinical value of electroencephalogram (EEG) and serum levels of neuron-specific enolase on hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) complicated with encephalitis. Methods: The clinical data, EEG and serum levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) among sixty-eight cases of HFMD complicated with encephalitis were analyzed from January 2010 to December 2012. Relationship between abnormal degree of their EEG and serum levels of neuron-specific enolase and severity of HFMD complicated with encephalitis were observed. Results: The EEG abnormality rate in sixty-eight cases of HFMD complicated with encephalitis was 100%. Clinical grading of HFMD complicated with encephalitis and the levels of EEG abnormality were significantly correlated ( r, = 0. 4397, P〈0.01). Serum levels of NSE in the severe encephalitis group [ (14.31 ±2.46) μg/L] were significantly higher than that in the moderate encephalitis group [ (12.28±1.96) μg/L] and the mild encephalitis group [ (10.31±1.22) μg/L] (SNK-q=8. 367, 8. 072, P〈0. O1 ). Conclusions: EEG and serum levels of NSE can be considered as the valuable indicator to evaluate the severity of HFMD complicated with encephalitis.
