摘要
以杭州西部山区龙岗镇为例,实地调查全镇24个村农村生活污水处理设施的建设现状及运维状况等,分析了设施的分布、纳管情况、处理效果等,揭示了山区农村生活污水处理设施运行存在的污水池建设脱离实际、设施失效、日常维护监管缺失等主要问题,提出了因地制宜确定污水处理方式、建立日常运维体系、加大资金扶持等一系列对策措施。
This study takes Longgang, the town in Hangzhou western mountainous area, as an example. The construction, distribution, operation and maintenance status of 24 rural sewage treatment facilities were investigated. The main problems of sew- age treatment facilities in mountainous area were revealed and corresponding countermeasures has been put forward.
