关于延安新区与老城衔接问题研究

Study on Connection between New and Old Districts of Yan'an City

随着中国城市化进程的不断推进,城市规模越来越大,可供开发的用地越来越少,"挖潜"成为城市发展的必然。革命圣地延安为了解决"保护旧址与改善人居环境、城市发展建设"矛盾,启动实施"中疏外扩、上山建城"的城市发展战略,开始新区建设。联接新区与老城的衔接区在城市发展、功能升级和形象塑造等方面具有标杆作用。纵观延安新区规划,从交通联系、景观空间构建和历史文化传承等方面对规划中新区与老城的衔接现状进行分析,提出解决衔接区的交通组织、景观构建和历史文化传承等方面的一些看法,供大家参考讨论。

Along with the advancement of urbanization in China, the scale of the city is so large that the land available for ex- ploitation is less than before, it is necessary to excavate the potentials of urban land use. In order to solve the contradiction be- tween the protection of revolutionary site and the urban development, the people＇s Government of Yan＇an has launched the city de- velopment strategy to release the pressures on the old city center, to expand the scale of the city and to build the urban construc- tion in the mountains. The convergence zone between the new district and old city has the benchmarking role in city development, feature - upgrade and image - building. Throughout Yan＇an new district planning, this paper analyzes the present connections of new district and old city, puts forward some suggestions in improving the transportation, landscape construction, historical and euhural heritage land protection, etc.
