浅探《审视瑶函》“反对滥用寒凉,力主开通明目”的论治思想

Investigation of Chinese Ophthalmology Treatment Theory from "Shen Shi Yao Han"

中医眼科传统的治疗思想认为"目病多从火论治","内障眼病以补益为主",临诊中发现此治法并不能起到有益的疗效。《审视瑶函》作为中医眼科传承与发展的集大成者,很多治疗思想体现了推陈出新的新颖之处,认为目不因火则不病,但不能一味只用寒凉药物,当辨明虚实,实者用寒凉药物,虚者应辨清证候,过用易发生脉道凝结;内障病虽以肝肾亏虚为主,但也可合并有因虚致实的变证出现,因此提出"反对滥用寒凉,力主开通明目"的眼科治疗思想,对后继中医眼科的治疗具有十分重要的指导意义。

The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ophthalmic thought that ＂eye disease mostly derives from the fire of governance＂ and ＂cataract eye can benefit from nourishing＂. Gradually, it was found that these theories cannot be fully applicable to the clinic. ＂Shen Shi Yao Han＂ which was a heritage and the development neview of traditional Chinese ophthalmology. Many treatment ideas embodied innovations. For example, eye disease usually was caused by the fire, but it can not only use or over use cold drugs, it will lead to pulse road condensed. Hence, the treatment thought of ＂object to overuse cold drug＂ is very important for the subsequent treatment of ophthalmic deseases.
