Nav1.7在福尔马林足底炎性疼痛大鼠模型背根神经节中表达的研究

Study of the Expression of Nav1.7 in Dorsal Root Ganglion of Formalin-induced Paw Inflammatory Pain Model

摘要 目的观察电压门控钠离子通道1.7(Nav1.7)在福尔马林足底炎性疼痛大鼠模型背根神经节中的表达。方法 SD大鼠24只,随机分为2组,空白对照组(n=12)及福尔马林模型组(n=12)。空白对照组左后足底注射0.1 mL生理盐水,模型组于左后足底注射5%福尔马林0.1 mL,各组大鼠在指定时间点取出L3-L6节段背根神经节,运用实时荧光定量(RT-PCR)、蛋白质印迹(Western blot)检测Nav1.7在大鼠背根神经节中的表达水平。结果各时相点中模型组大鼠背根神经节Nav1.7 mRNA及蛋白表达显著增加,与空白组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01﹚。结论福尔马林致炎性疼痛大鼠模型背根神经节中Nav1.7表达增强,与炎性疼痛相关。 Objective To investigate the Nav1.7 expression in the dorsal root ganglion of formalin-induced paw inflammatory pain model of the rat. Methods 24 Spragne-Dawley rats were divided into two groups: control rats (n=12) and formalin-induced paw inflammation rats(n =12). The controls were injected 0.1 mL NS, and formalin-induced rats were injected with 0.1ml saline formalin. L3-6 dorsal root ganglion were collected from rats. The expression of Nav1.7 was detected by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot. Results Navl.7 protein and mRNA expression in the dorsal root ganglion of formalin-induced paw inflammatory pain model were significant higher than the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The Navl.7 expression in the dorsal root ganglion of formalin-induced paw inflammatory pain model of the rat was significant higherthan before. It might be have some association with inflammatory pain.
