摘要 目的抗氧化活性化合物3,4,4′,5-四羟基二苯乙烯的合成研究。方法以3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸为起始原料,经过还原反应、卤代反应、Witting-Honner反应、缩合反应、脱甲基化反应五步制备3,4,4′,5-四羟甲基二苯乙烯,产物经1H-NMR、MS分析确认结构。结果 3,4,4′,5-四羟基二苯乙烯总收率44.5%。结论该路线能顺利实现3,4,4′,5-四羟基二苯乙烯的合成。 Objective To study the synthesis of an antioxidative compound 3,4,4′, 5-tetrahydroxystilbene. Methods 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid and anisaldehyde, the starting material, went through reduction, halogenations, Wittingn-Honner, condensation and demethylation reactions to produce the final product. The structure of the product was analyzed and identified by 1H-NMR and MS. Results The overall yield rate of 3,4,4′,5-tetrahydroxystilbene was 44.5%. Conclusion Our synthetic process can produce the target 3,4,4′,5-tetrahydroxystilbene with a high yield.
