摘要
以对讲机外壳为例,介绍了CAD/CAM软件环境下模具结构的设计过程,分析了塑件结构及成型工艺性能,重点阐述内外联合侧向分型与抽芯机构的方法及模具运行原理,实践证明,CAD/CAM软件的应用可以控制成型过程及制造缺陷,缩短模具设计周期。
Take injection mould design of interphone shell as an example by applying CAD/CAM, the structure and forming process of this interphone shell were analyzed. The internal side and external side core-pulling mechanism and the operation principle of this mould were emphasized especially. Practice proves that the forming process and manufacturing defect could be controlled depend on CAD/CAM software, as so as the mould design cycle could be shortened.
