摘要
针对现代生产环境下的顾客需求个性化、产品多样性、订单交货期短等特点,研究了该环境下工时的确定问题。从加工工序层面出发,提出一种基于工序相似系数的计算工时的新方法。综合考虑各种因素,构造影响工序相似性的评价指标体系,并引入层次分析法对专家的评价结果进行分析。通过构建隶属函数计算样本工序与基准工序的相似系数。基于企业成熟的数据库基础和历史工时数据,引入编码技术实现工时的快速查询,通过MATLAB确定工序工时和工序相似系数的关系函数,计算工序工时,进而获得零件总工时。通过与模特法的对比试验证明了该算法的有效性和可行性。
Aiming at the characteristics of customer needs such as individuation, product diversity and short order-to- delivery time in modern manufacturing environment, the time-quota determination method was researched. From the machining process, a new method for calculating time-quota was put forward based on process similarity coefficient. By considering the various factors comprehensively, the evaluation index system that influenced the process similari- ty was built, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was introduced to analyze the evaluation results from ex- perts. The similarity coefficient of sample process and benchmark process was solved by constructing membership function. Based on mature foundation of database and historical data of time-quota, quick inquiry of time-quota was realized by coding technology. The correlative function of time-quota and similarity coefficient of process was con- firmed based on MATLAB, and the total time-quota of part was gained by calculating time-quota. The effectiveness and feasibility of proposed method was verified by comparing with mod method.
