摘要
教育可持续发展的关键要素之一是师资队伍建设。高职院校师资队伍建设的问题在于发展意识不强,建设过程监督缺失,结果评价不到位。基于自我发展视角,加强教师自我发展规划,明确发展目标,突出自我发展过程管理,特别是落实与监督,有效利用评价杠杆,成为高职师资队伍长效机制建设的着力点。
The key to the sustainable development of education is the construction of teachers' team. The problem of teaching staff construction in colleges is short of developing awareness; the lack of construction su- pervision, and the results of evaluation is not in place. Based on the self- development view, strengthen teachers' self development plan, make development goals clear, highlight self development process manage- ment, implementation and supervision, in particular, use of evaluation lever effective, to become powerful fo- cus of long - term mechanisms of higher vocational teaching staff construction.
