摘要
法学本科实践教学面临培养目标与社会需求脱节,缺乏体系化理论指导,被重视程度不够、实践师资匮乏等现实困境。唯有立足国情与传统,采取社会实习和法律诊所式教育相互融合,广泛开展案例教学、模拟法庭等分层次的实践教学模式,借助法律援助等平台,建立社区法律诊所,拓展校外实习基地,逐步引入司法实务人员或律师从业人员作为实践教学师资,以专业技能为培养目标,职业化发展为导向,注重培养学生的思维能力和职业道德素养,才能培养出符合社会需要的合格人才。
Undergraduate teaching practice of law face difficulties such as: training objectives and the needs of society out of touch, lack of systematic theoretical guidance, emphasis shortage, and lack of teachers and other practices etc. Measures should be taken: only based on national conditions and traditions, take com- munity internships merging with the clinical legal education, extensive hierarchical practice teaching mode as case teaching, moot court, with legal aid and other platforms, the establishment of community legal clinics, expanding practice bases, gradually introducing judicial officer or attorney practitioners as practice teaching faculty, professional skills training objectives, Professional development - oriented, focusing on students' think- ing ability and professional ethics,in order to meet the needs of the community qualified oersonnel.
