摘要
2011年底,教育部出台《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》,明确了我国幼儿园教师需要达到的专业发展标准。作为培养幼儿园师资的高校学前教育专业,建议应通过拓宽课程范围、调整专业课程结构、建立能力培养体系等专业课程设置调整来帮助学生建立科学的学前教育观,培养学生的职业道德,提高学生的文化素养和能力,使高校学前教育专业毕业生真正成为优秀的幼儿园教师。
In the year of 2011, Kindergarten standards need to be achieved. By the end of 2011 Teacher Professional Standard: Professional development , the Ministry of Education issued" Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standards (Trial)" clearly regulated our kindergarten teacher professional development standards. Kindergarten teacher training colleges are pre - professional, recommended by broadening the curriculum which should adjust the structures of professional courses, build capacity and other professional training sys- tems to adjust the curriculum to help students establish a scientific concept of pre - school education, students of professional ethics, to improve students'literacy and the ability to make pre - professional college graduates truly outstanding kindergarten teachers.
