摘要 针对电子对抗装备保障中维修备件分类问题,利用评估理论研究成果,提出将层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评判相结合的混合模型,为备件分类提供决策支持。首先,分析电抗装备备件分类的影响因素,提出其分类指标体系的设计原则,并建立指标体系层次结构模型;其次,通过德尔菲法和AHP计算得到每个指标因素的权重,为综合评判提供权重依据,进而建立多级模糊综合评判模型对受多因素影响的维修备件进行总体评价得到其综合得分;最后依据得分情况对待分类备件进行类ABC分类。该模型为电子对抗装备维修备件分类决策提供了科学有效的理论依据。 Aiming at classification for maintenance spare parts of the ECM equipment support,a hybrid model based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation is proposed according to the research of evaluation theory,to provide decision support for spare parts classification. First of all,the design principles of classification index system are put forward based on the analysis of the factors that affect classification of the ECM equipment,and the hierarchical structure model of index system is established. Then,the weight of indexes can be achieved with AHP and Delphi to provide support for synthetic evaluation. After that,the multi-hierarchy fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is built up to evaluate the maintenance spare parts that affected by multi-factors and the synthetic score can be acquired. Finally,the spare parts can be classified as ABC according to the score. The model provides a scientific and effective theory source for classification decision of the ECM equipment maintenance spare parts.
