摘要
利用X射线微层析成像技术获得了单向温模压TATB基高聚物粘结炸药微细结构的全三维信息。松装颗粒经升温软化、压制、摩擦仍完整并以不同形态保存下来。压制后的颗粒典型形态径向呈多边形、轴向呈扁长形并与径向有明显夹角。轴向与径向颗粒形态分布揭示了力学响应与内摩擦机制。X射线微层析成像提供了无损侵入非均质材料内部的分析方法,能探测颗粒材料压制排列方式及其高密度界面层。
X-ray micro-tomography( X-μC T) w as applied to obtain the complete three-dimensional( 3D) recordings of the PBX under unidirectional w arm die compaction based on T AT B granules. T he loose-packed granules obtained through heating up to softening,compaction and friction w ere still complete and w ere preserved in different morphological features. T he typical form of compacted granules reveals a polygon at radial direction and oblong shape at axial direction in the PBX. T here is an obvious angle betw een axial direction and radial direction. T he axial and radial morphology distributions reveal the mechanics response and internal friction mechanism. X-μC T provides a analysis method of non-invasion into heterogeneous material internal and can probe the arrangement of compacted granule material and high density interface layers in PBXs.
