摘要
采用软锰矿对烧结烟气进行脱硫。结果表明,在软锰矿脱硫反应体系中存在以MnO2和SO2之间的氧化还原反应为主、SO2的催化氧化反应为辅的两种脱硫途径;后者对脱硫过程有重要影响,在软锰矿脱硫的反应体系中加入添加剂,对矿浆pH进行调节,能够显著改善脱硫效果和锰资源利用率。
The experiment of desulfurization of sintering flue gas with pyrolusite was conducted. The resuits show that there are two desulfurization approaches in reaction system, i.e.', mainly oxidation & reduction between Mn02 and SO2, and secondary but significant catalytic oxidation reaction of SO2. The additives added in desulfurization system can improve desulfurization rate and utilization rate of manganese resources by regulating pH of pyrolusite slurry.
