Preparation of High-purity Indium by Molten Salt Electrolysis

摘要 以还原ITO废料得到的铟锡合金为原料,氯化铟和氯化锌的混合盐为电解质,采用熔盐电解法经过两次电解,可以制备出纯度达到4N5的高纯铟,相对于湿法电解工艺,产率提高至少2倍,且工艺过程不产生废水。 With indium-tin alloy scrap reduced from waste ITO target as raw material, mixed indium c ride and zinc chloride salt as electrolyte, indium with purity of 4N5 was prepared after twice electrolysi molten salt electrolysis. In comparison with the conventional aqueous electrolysis, the productivity of process under study is improved at least twice with no waste water outlet. hlos by the
