摘要
以还原ITO废料得到的铟锡合金为原料,氯化铟和氯化锌的混合盐为电解质,采用熔盐电解法经过两次电解,可以制备出纯度达到4N5的高纯铟,相对于湿法电解工艺,产率提高至少2倍,且工艺过程不产生废水。
With indium-tin alloy scrap reduced from waste ITO target as raw material, mixed indium c ride and zinc chloride salt as electrolyte, indium with purity of 4N5 was prepared after twice electrolysi molten salt electrolysis.
