摘要
通过实例阐述箭线式网络中结点时间参数、工序时间参数、总时差、单时差和关键路线的概念、计算公式和求解步骤,重点对结点时间参数和单时差的计算过程进行说明,并对计算技巧进行总结:计算结点时间参数时,应考虑某一结点对应的箭尾或箭头的数量;计算工序时间参数时,应先计算最早可能开工时间和最迟必须完工时间;由于单时差是两道相邻工序时间参数的差值,因此在计算某工序的单时差时,需要考虑其紧后工序的最早可能开工时间。
