高职会计专业实践教学体系安排探讨——以广西经济管理干部学院为例

以市场需求和服务市场为导向的高职会计专业办学思想已为大家所接受,但市场对就业学生要求与高职会计专业实践教学培养模式矛盾比较突出,市场普遍反映毕业生动手能力和职业素养较差;就其原因主要是实践教学体系安排上出了问题,如:实践教学培养目标不清晰,实践教学课程体系设置不完整,实践教学保障不健全等。文章提出进一步细化和明确培养目标,完善课程体系和加强实践教学保障建议并以广西经济管理干部学院会计专业"四位一体"的实践教学模式为例,借以抛砖引玉,与高职实践教学模式研究同仁商榷。
