摘要
大学生村官制度是极具中国特色的"人才倒流乡村"的农村发展政策,但是大学生村官出现一些共性问题,如价值观不清晰,农村政策、管理、技能知识缺乏等,这些问题一定程度影响了政策发力。为此,需以解决大学生村官问题为导向,从再教育的视角研究国内外各类群体接受再教育的缘由和效果,提出符合中国国情的再教育原则、内容、架构等。
The system of appointing graduates working as village heads is one of the rural develop- ment policies of "talents backflow to countryside" with Chinese characteristics. But there are com- mon problems in graduates working as village heads, such as confused values, and lack of knowledge about rural policy,management, and other knowledge, which affects the efficiency of the policy at a certain extent. The paper puts forward some concrete advices to resolve the problems of graduates working as village heads, from the perspective of reeducation, researches the reasons why different people at home and abroad receive reeducation and its effects, and proposes principles, contents, structure of reeducation conforming to China' s national conditions.
