摘要 为解决生产测井中油气水三相流含气率测量问题,设计并实现了一种蓝宝石光纤探针含气率测量仪.该仪器主要由伞式集流器、不锈钢套筒、光纤探针阵列及仪器整体驱动电路等组成.其中光纤探针阵列采用四光纤探针结构,各光纤探针均采用蓝宝石光纤作为敏感探头,蓝宝石光纤探针的直径为600 μm,探头设计成圆锥形状,其顶端夹角为25°~35°.通过在油气水三相流模拟井测试系统中进行大量试验表明,基于蓝宝石光纤探针含气率测量仪可有效准确测量油气水三相流含气率,并具有简单易行、响应快、灵敏度高等优点,验证了蓝宝石光纤探针在实际工程应用的可行性. In order to solve the problem of measuring the gas holdup of oil-gas-water three phase flow in production logging, a gas holdup measuring instrument with sapphire optical fiber probes is designed and used in the measurement. It mainly consists of the umbrella current collector, guide tube of stainless steel, fiber probe array and the sensor driving circuit. The fiber probe array uses four optical fiber probes structure, and the optical fiber probe sensor uses sapphire as sensitive probe, the diameter of sapphire sensitive probe is 600 μm, the sapphire optical fiber probe is design as a cone shape, and the angle of probe tip is among 25 °-35 °. Then the gas holdup measurement test of oil-gas-water threevphase flow is done in simulation well testing system. The results show that the measuring instrument with sapphire optical fiber probes could effectively measure the gas holdup of oil-gas-water three-phase flow, and it has simple structure, short response time and high precision measurement. The feasibility of sapphire optical fiber probe is also verified in practical log application.
