摘要
介绍动态负压射孔技术的发展及研究现状。中国已有少许几个油田进行了动态负压射孔技术试验性应用,但对其作用机理的认识还处在入门阶段。采用逻辑推理与现场试验相结合的方法,从储层应力变化和井筒压力波动2个方面入手,阐述了动态负压射孔技术作用机理。提出了动态负压值的大小与井筒初始压力密切相关的新观点,为动态负压计算模型的建立理论依据,指明了新射孔器械的研制方向。
This article introduces the development and current study status of the dynamic under- balanced pressure perforating technology. Since Schlumberger proposed the dynamic under- balanced pressure perforating technology in 1990s, a few oilfields in China have conducted experimental applications. But for its mechanism, our understanding is still in the ABC phase. We use the method combining logical reasoning with field trials, from the stress changes of reservoir and the wellbore pressure fluctuations, to comprehensively expound the dynamic under- balanced pressure perforating mechanism. After analyzing, we come to a new conclusion that the dynamic under-balanced pressure value is closely related to the wellhole initial pressure. It not only lays a solid foundation for dynamic negative pressure calculation model, but also points out the direction for the development of new perforating equipment.
