摘要
三嗪类化合物是一类含氮杂环化合物,在化工染料、材料方面应用广泛,且是杀虫剂、除草剂中重要的组成结构。近年来发现其在抗炎、抗高血压、抑制血小板的生成及抑菌方面也有着显著作用,因此是一类重要的医药中间体。本文从不同底物出发概述了一些1,2,4-三嗪类化合物的合成研究方法。
Triazine compounds are a class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, which are the important component structure of pesticides and herbicides. They are widely used in chemical dyes and mate-rials. In recent years, they have found a significant role in the anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertensive, inhibi-tion of platelet inhibitory aspects of the generation and can therefore be used as pharmaceutical intermediates for further application. In this paper, we summarized the synthetic methods of some 1,2,4-triazine compounds from different starting substrates.
