摘要
D-(-)-苯甘氨酸在二氯亚砜-甲醇溶液中进行甲酯化反应,生成的标题化合物直接从反应体系中析出无需再进行精制,纯度99.5%以上,而且反应母液可以直接循环套用,总收率95%以上。
D-（-）-phenylglycine methyl esterificating with thionyl chloride-methanol solution, the title compound precipitated from the reaction system directly without further purification. The purity is 99.5% or more. The reaction mother liquor can be recycled directly applied.The total yield is 95% or more .
