木本观赏植物新品种授权概况及发展趋势浅析

Study on the Current Authorization Situation and Development Trend of New Woody Ornamental Plant Varieties

文章分析了国内木本观赏植物新品种的授权概况及育种方法,以及欧盟、美国、日本的相关新品种的申请和授予情况。经对比分析,总结出木本观赏植物新品种4点发展趋势,即:贴近应用需求、加强保护力度、注重乡土植物开发及国际引种科学化。

The authorization situations and breeding methods of new woody ornamental plant varieties in China were analyzed in this article. Moreover, the application and authorization situations of new woody ornamental plant varieties in Europe, America and Japan were also dissected. After comparing the results, four development trends were summarized. The trends include adhering to application needs, strengthening protection, fully developing and utilizing native plants and scientifically introducing new species and varieties.
