基于电池储能装置的电力系统暂态稳定性分析

摘要 建立了包含电池储能装置特性以及储能装置控制器的动态模型,该模型考虑了电池的充放电特性,采用有功无功解耦控制,利用PSS/E用户自定义模块设计了有功功率辅助控制系统。在单机无穷大系统和New England1O机39节点系统中仿真验证了自定义模型的正确性和储能装置提高电力系统暂态稳定性的有效性。 A useful and systematic dynamic model of a battery energy storage system(BES) is developed for power system stability study which can consider converter's equivalent circuits and battery characteristics. Both charging mode and dis-charging mode are also presented. Active and reactive power modulation by BES can be controlled respectively. Active power auxiliary control system is designed with the application of PSS/E user-defined modules. Dynamic simulations in a 4-machine 2- area system are performed to demonstrate the accuracy of conventional models and the effectiveness of the energy storage device to improve the transient stability of power system.
