环烷基原油生产L-QC 320型导热油的研究与工业化生产 被引量:2

摘要 以环烷基原油常减压装置减二线侧线油为原料,经过加氢精制、糠醛抽提、液相脱氮和白土补充精制处理,生产出L-QC 320型导热油。结果表明,无论是实验室还是工业装置,所生产的L-QC320型导热油均具有良好的热氧化安定性和热稳定性,产品质量均达到GB 23971—2009标准要求。 The L - QC 320 heat transfer oil was prepared by the processes of hydrofining,furfural ex- traction,liquid phase denitrification and clay refining with the vacuum gas oil (VGO 2#) as material ob- tained from atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit based on naphthenic base crude oil. The results showed that no matter whether the L - QC 320 heat transfer oil was produced in laboratory or in industri-al unit,it exhibited excellent thermal oxidation sta- bility and thermal stability, and their qualities could meet the GB 23971--2009 standard.
