摘要
分别使用PED-01催化剂和德国BASF公司生产的催化剂催化乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯,在反应温度为620℃,液体空速为1.0 h-1,水/原料(质量比)为2.0,常压条件下,于100 mL等温评价装置上,对催化剂进行了300 h的活性评价,并且对比了二者分别在中国石油兰州石化公司6万t/a苯乙烯装置上的应用结果。评价结果表明,PED-01催化剂的性能略优于BASF催化剂。工业应用表明,使用BASF催化剂,总乙苯转化率为60.5%,总苯乙烯收率为58.8%;若以PED-01为催化剂,则上述各值依次为61.4%,60.3%。
PED - 01 home - made catalyst and BASF catalyst were used respectively to catalyze eth- ylbenzene dehydrogenation to styrene, the activity of the two catalysts was evaluated and compared in a 100 mL isothermal reactor under the condition of at- mospheric pressure, temperature 620 ℃, liquid space velocity 1.0 h^-1 and water/ethylhenzene (mass ratio) 2.0, time 300 h, and industrial appli- cation results of them in a 60 kt/a styrene unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, werealso compared. The evaluation results showed that the properties of PED -01 catalyst were slightly bet- ter than those of BASF catalyst. The industrial appli- cation results indicated that using BASF catalyst,the total conversion of ethylbenzene was 60.5 % , the to- tal styrene yield 58.8%. When PED - 01 was used as catalyst, the corresponding values were 61.4% , 60.3% respectively.
