浅析制约县级图书馆发展的瓶颈

Analysis on the Bottleneck which Restricts the Development of County Libraries

由于各地对县级图书馆建设重视程度不够,使县级图书馆的发展出现了问题和危机,造成县级公共图书馆没有发挥应有的作用。而且大部分集中在中西部地区的县级图书馆已成为制约我国公共图书馆发展的瓶颈。本文对比进行了初浅的分析。

Since emphasis on the extent of the county library construction is not enough, the development of the cbunty library meets with problems and crisis, which caused county public libraries are unable to play their roles. And most problems concentrated in the Midwest, which restrict the development of our county libraries and become the bottleneck of public libraries. In this paper, the bottleneck restricting the devel- opment of the county library has been briefly analyzed.
