对公共图书馆赔书状况的分析与思考——以浙江图书馆为例

The Analysis and Thinking on the Situation of Book Compensation——Taking Zhejiang Library as an example

各公共图书馆图书丢失赔书的情况日趋严重,给馆藏的完整性造成了损失。分析读者丢书的原因、赔书心态和赔书量增加的原因,有针对性地采取一定措施:如加强读者思想教育、定期修订赔书制度等,将损失减少到最低限度。

In recent＇ years, book compensation is getting more and more serious in public library, which causes loss to library holdings. By analyzing the reasons of book lost of readers, the compensation mentali- ty of the reader and the increasing amount of book compensation, we suggest that some measures should be taken in the library to reduce losses to a minimum, such as, strengthening the ideological education of the readers, updating the compensation system regularly, and so on.
