The Reference Work of Guizhou Provincial Library in the Network Environment Has a Long Way to Go

数字参考咨询工作是网络环境下对图书馆服务工作的新要求,其内容、范围、方式和手段等都发生了深刻的变化。文章从理论上分析了数字参考咨询的概念,论述了数字参考咨询服务的意义,结合贵州省图书馆网络环境下参考咨询工作现状,探讨了今后此项工作的努力方向。

Digital reference is a new requirement under the network environment for library service work. Its contents, scope, methods and tools have undergone profound changes. This article theoretically analy- zes the concept of digital reference and discusses the significance of digital reference service. Combining the working status under reference network environment in Guizhou Provincial Library, this article also dis- cusses the direction of future efforts in this work.
