摘要
按照"儿童优先"原则,公共图书馆不但必须按照儿童权利的要求对儿童平等开放,不得有任何歧视,而且还应该在馆舍布局,场所及设施设计,文献资源配备等方面对儿童服务有所侧重,使儿童能够享受到更优质的服务。活泼好动是儿童的天性,如何将能吸引孩子兴趣的动感元素与图书馆传统的服务布局有机结合,从而让儿童爱上图书馆是公共图书馆从业人员应该思考的问题。本文以广州图书馆为例,总结儿童服务布局的有益实践,以期让同行共享,共同优化公共图书馆儿童服务布局,提升服务效益。
in accordance with the ＂children first＂ principle, the public library must not only follow the re- quirements of the Children＂ s rights to treat the children equal and open without any discrimination, but should also emphasizes the layout, the design of venues and facilities in library, and provide literature and other resources for children so that children can enjoy better service. Vitality is the nature of children. So how to combine the dynamic elements to attract the interests of children with the traditional library serv- ＂ices, let children fall in love with the library , which is a problem for librarians to consider. In this paper, the author takes Guangzhou Library as an example, gives useful summary of the practice layout services for children, in order to optimize the layout of public library services for children in common to improve serv- ice efficiency.
