摘要
活塞对于发动机非常重要,随着CAE/CAM技术的发展,建立完整而精确的活塞数字模型很有必要。活塞外圆为自由曲面,形状复杂,现有的CAD软件不能实现其建模。本文在Matlab环境中,编写了M文件,生成活塞外圆三维空间型值点矩阵,然后把点矩阵分成180条自由曲线导入Pro/e中,利用曲面造型生成活塞外圆高仿真自由曲面。然后对完成的外圆型面进行精度分析,结果表明其精度达到±0.001,完全满足CAE分析和数控加工所需的要求。
Piston play an inportant role in the engine, with the development of CAE/CAM technolo- gy, it is necessary to establishing a complete and accurate digital model of piston. The profile of piston is curved surface, and the shape is complex, so the prexision modeling cannot draw using the existing CAD software. The paper programme a M file by the software Matlab to interpolation the piston' s surface dot, then it' s result divided into 180 parts, finally, a digital model of piston' s curved surface was esta- bilshed by the 3D software Pro/E. The results for accuracy analysis of curved surface show that it is ±0. 001mm, meet the needs of CAE analysis and CNC machining fully.
