Through the analysis of the rainstorms and runoffs data in past twenty years, the rainstorm-runoff -early stage influencing rainfall quantity correlation diagram is gained. The water level prediction based on the diagram and the river storage capacity has high accuracy, can meet the need for flood control s, and has reference value for flood control work.
