摘要
围绕省市师范大学教师队伍特征,对人才引进和培养关系展开讨论,论证了该类高校人才引进的必要性和自身培养的重要性,提出"引育并举、重在培养"建设思路,并重点阐述构建教师培养体系要从组织保障、政策保障、经费保障、服务保障等方面着手。
Based on the characteristics of Teaching Staff in provincial or municipal normal universities, the paper discusses the relation between the introduction of talents and cultivation of talents, demonstrates the necessity of talents introduction and importance of self-cultivation, puts forward the a constructive way, namely, "attractingtogether-with-cultivating, and focusing-on-cultivation", and stresses that the organizational guarantee, policy guarantee, financial guarantee, and service guarantee are indispensable to the construction of teachers' cultivation system.
