摘要
本科层次小学教育专业获批招生十几年来,多数单位在小学教育专业办学的"定位"上虽形成了一定共识,但在如何实现人才培养的"到位"上却缺乏普遍的深层共识。这反映了小学教育专业建设中特色不明的普遍问题。小学教育专业的特色在于其多学科与小学教学育人实际工作的多元交叉。各培养单位应在明确小学教育专业复合性学科建设的重要作用的基础上,以学科的健康发展稳步推进该专业的各项特色建设,从而实现人才培养的"到位"。
In a dozen years since primary education majors of undergraduate level was approvea for enrollment, although most units reached a certain consensus in running-school, deep general consensus is lack of on how to implement personnel training "in place". This reflects the negative effects of unclear thinking of subject construction. The characteristic of primary education majors is in its muhidisciplinary and practical work of primary school teaching and educating diverse. The training units should promote the construction of specialty of primary education with the development of compound subject based on making clear the important role of compound subject Of primary school education, which can help to "put in place".
