摘要
采用"小学教师课堂教学监控能力量表"问卷,从河源市和平县农村小学随机抽取430名教师为被试,结合访谈法考察农村小学教师课堂教学监控能力。结果表明:农村小学教师课堂监控能力较低,尤其是监控学情能力;农村小学教师课堂教学监控能力表现出阶段性特点;不同课堂教学监控能力水平教师备课关注倾向不同;课堂教学监控能力与教后反思、课后改进存在显著相关。
By using "The scale of Primary Teachers' Teaching Monitoring Ability" as measuring tool, tiae aumor randomly chose 430 rural primary school teachers as subjects. Questionnaires and interviews are also applied in order to investigate the situation of rural primary school teachers' teaching monitoring ability. The results show that the rural primary school teachers' monitoring ability is in a low level; with the school age increasing, their monitoring ability keeps improving, which shows periodicity; teachers with different monitoring ability focus on different teaching preparation ; there is a positive correlation among the classroom teaching monitoring ability, reflection after class and improvement after class.
