摘要
中国乳业正呈现出正态上升的发展趋势,各乳制品加工企业也在不断地扩充规模。集团收购或扩充新厂时容易产生一些问题,比如人员劳动效率低下,员工素质不高,经济意识薄弱,质量意识不强等,此类问题多半是因为企业的管理制度不到位造成的。本文分别介绍了6S管理模式和阿米巴经营管理模式,并就其在乳制品加工企业的实际应用和收效分别做了阐述,以期对乳制品加工企业管理模式的选择提供借鉴。
China dairy industry is showing a rising development trend, dairy processing companies also constantly expand their scale. There are some problems during acquiring company or expansion of new factory, such as:staff work efifciency is low, employee’s quality are not good enough, economical consciousness lighter, lack of quality consciousness. These above problems are mostly because of improper management system. This paper exposited 6S management and Amoeba management in several dairy factories, in order to provide reference for dairy processing companies management mode.
