Diffi culties and Solutions of the Engineering Management in International EPC Project

近年来,国内许多企业积极实施"走出去"战略,获得了大量的国际工程咨询、设计服务和工程总承包的机会。本文以多年在设计企业开展国内和国际工程总承包项目的经验为基础,就设计牵头的国际EPC工程总承包模式,对设计工程中出现的问题和难点进行分析,探讨对策与建议,希望为我国设计企业的国际业务发展提供借鉴和参考。

With the process of Chinese companies proceeding Go Abroad strategy, more engineering companies have obtained increased projects of consultant services, engineering design or even EPC. Based on the years of project management experiences on the domestic and international EPC power projects, this paper states and analyses the difficulties and have a try to present some solutions for the specific management problems in the international EPC projects.
