摘要
地基处理的设计和施工必须做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理、确保质量、保护环境。近年来新疆电力行业建设随着国民经济的快速发展而迅速增长,而其中以火力发电厂建设增长较快,好的厂址基本上都已被占用,近几年新疆新建电厂地基条件都不太好,需要经过地基处理后方可作为上部重要结构的持力层。本文以新疆某电厂振冲碎石桩复合地基实施全过程为例,介绍了振冲碎石桩的设计、施工、试验检测等相关内容,对设计、施工中易出现的问题进行分析探讨。
The design and construction of foundation treatment must be done for safety, technology advanced, economy reasonable, quality assurance and environment protection. In recent years, the construction of power industry in Xinjiang is growing dramatically with the rapid development of the national economy, in which the construction of thermal power plant growth, better plant sites have almost been occupied. The foundation conditions of new power plants are not very good, which can not be directly used as supporting layer of the upper important structure before suitable foundation treatments. This paper takes the whole construction process of a vibro-replacement stone column composite foundation in Xinjiang as an example, introduced the contents of design, construction and test detection, etc of the vibro-replacement stone column. We also analyzed and discussed the problems which easily appeared in design and construction.
