Summary of the Non-governmental Organizations to Participate in the Home-based Care Services for Rural Aged People with Disabilities

针对目前农村老年残疾人居家养老存在的困境,分析了非政府组织参与其居家养老的可行性,并就其实践过程中存在的问题进行探讨,提出完善非政府组织进一步参与农村残疾人居家养老的对策。

According to the current predicament of the home- based care services for rural aged people with disabilities, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the non-governmental organization participating in the services and discusses the problems existing in the practice process. At last, some advice about how to make the NGO participates in the home-based care services for rural aged people with disabilities has been presented.
