原油流动性改进剂研究现状

The Research Status of Flow Improver for Crude Oil

原油是一种含有石蜡、胶质和沥青质等多种组分的复杂烃类混合物,为改善含蜡原油的流动性,向原油中添加合成高分子化学剂,是实现原油低温输送、稠油降黏最简便和最有效的方法。阐述了目前国内外学者对降凝剂、降黏剂、破乳剂的研究及使用现状,为现场流动性改进剂的使用提供了技术支持。

Crude oil is a containing paraffin, colloid, asphalt and other components of the complex mixture of hydrocarbons. In order to improve the liquidity of waxy crude oil, adding synthetic polymer chemicals to the oil is an effective way to realize low temperature trarsporting and reducing viscosity of the oil. This paper summarizes the present situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the study and use of pour point depressants, viscosity reducers and demulsifies, to provide technical support for the use of the flow improver of production site.
