摘要
震后灾情信息发布与进入灾区的可靠交通生命线损毁风险评估是救灾工作中的一个重要环节。介绍基于WebGIS的交通生命线震后综合灾情信息平台系统的开发方案、体系结构、功能和数据库设计,描述震后交通网络应急调度和道路损毁风险评估这两个关键技术。
